Delighted with my new bathroom! Colin was so helpful with guiding me and giving advice, as this was all new to me. Mark and Sean are honestly amazing at their job. I couldn’t believe the difference in my bathroom- so happy with it!

Osprey gutted our downstairs toilet and renovated it with beautiful new tiles, sink and toilet. The work was all done on time and budget and is beautifully finished. This was not an easy job involving the removal of vitrolite glass tiles and repositioning of toilet. Workmen always came at the agreed times, cleared up any mess and were invariably polite and helpful.

Wonderful experience with Colin and the team at Osprey from start to finish. Great job and really pleased with both bathroom refits. Would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience. Fully refit of en suite, brand new shower and bathroom suite, tiled floor, walls and new ceiling and lighting. Brilliant from start to finish, very professional, great price and friendly people. Looks fantastic getting second bathroom done too.

I needed a walk in shower after suffering from a stroke. I was apprehensive about having the work done due to the upheaval it can cause. From start to finish Colin and his workforce made this process easy, with valuable advice given on the look of the bathroom and materials/furniture by Colin. The work completed by Mark and Shaun was exceptional and it was comforting how they kept me abreast of how things were going . I should also mention the tiler whose work was nothing short of outstanding. I cannot praise these professional and friendly guys enough. The bathroom looks stunning.

Fantastic experience with the whole team, they all take great pride in their work and it shows in the finished results. They did a total refurb for our bathroom and ensuite, and we are so happy we went with these guys. We're still in awe at how nice the finish and quality of their work is, it feels like we go to a fancy spa every time we use the rooms. They're sound guys with a lot of experience and knowledge and were happy to answer my questions throughout the process, and very accommodating for our requested changes. Can highly recommend the Osprey team to anyone.

The bathroom is beautiful really happy with refit from start to finish. Mark and Sean’s work is excellent with eye for detail and tiler the same. From Colin coming and giving us good ideas and the guys excellent work ethic and finish I wouldn’t hesitate to get them again and u certainly will be recommending them to friends and family. Can’t thank them enough.

Very happy with the end result. Bathroom looks better than expected. Colin was very helpful when agreeing what options to go for. Mark and Shaun did a great job of the installation and handled everything without any problems. Started on Monday and finished on Friday as promised. Would definitely recommend if anyone asks if I know a bathroom fitter.

Osprey completely transformed my parents tired old bathroom into a beautiful space complete with a walk in shower. The fitting team were excellent, working quickly and efficiently to deliver a stunning outcome. They were attentive at every stage, dealing with our queries and were accommodating in working around the illness of a family member. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Osprey bathrooms.

The Osprey team are wonderful. They dealt with a complex situation with the utmost respect, professionalism and most of all they genuinely care about the work they do and how it affects you the homeowner whilst the work is in progress. We had a full shower bathroom renovation completed and delighted with the result.

Interactions with Osprey were excellent from the start with Colin getting back to me very quickly to arrange a home design visit. We agreed a price, and a week later Jim and his team set to work and over the next four days transformed a very tired inaccessible bathroom into an up to date functional space with a walk in shower. Jim discovered rot in the floor but very quickly put it right at a great price and without delaying the finishing of the job. I was very happy with everything it and I would have no hesitation recommending their services. The tilers worked fast and efficient and did an excellent finish. Jim and his crew were the nicest workmen I've ever had in my house they were so polite and hardworking.

Colin came out and gave us different suggestions for our Bathroom. The Job was carried out with his amazing fitting team Jim and Terry and Tiler Eleas. The job is beyond our expectations. We had huge damage to our bathroom and did not know where to start with making things right. After our initial contact with Colin he guided us through the whole claims process and made it as stress free as possible. The result was a claim that was higher than we thought we would get and enough to cover the cost of our new bathroom. From the moment Colin's team turned up the communication was on point and they did everything they could to allow us to continue our daily life while the work continued and kept our house spotless. We plan to move in the next few years and will use again.
