We are very happy with our new extension, new porch, en-suite, fencing and patio. Carl, Steve, Harry, Tony, Bradley, Don and Matt were very hard working and polite. If we had any concerns they would contact Paul Brennan. Communication at times was lost and sometimes work as stop, start. This was soon sorted and Paul Brennan Building Services made sure the job was done to a high standard., A big thank you to everyone at Paul Brennan Building Services.

All the team were extremely hard working and very friendly their workmanship was very good. There were only minor problems during the build all of which were rapidly dealt with.

Paul was always available when you needed him and his team who work with him are a real credit to him, polite and tidy at all times. We would highly recommend Paul and will use him again.

Really nice and friendly bunch of men, polite. There was lulls in the working period but that was because of gas engineers and electricians workload. Overall an excellent job.
