"My partner spoke to Paddy regarding work needing to be done on our roof; he came round that day and from sight he knew what the issue was; He promptly when everything was booked; had the scaffolding put up and although there was a delay, he communicated why very efficiently and I definitely didn't feel like I was given the run around unlike other people we looked at prior. The work was started and completed promptly In one day, new replaced tiles, new latices, the lads he worked with were professional and Paddy himself is a very professional and genuine guy, reasonable pricing and all around top notch job."
"Spoke to Paddy about issue with an ongoing leak from kitchen ceiling that previous landlord never addressed. Paddy visted the property and provided a clear and honest appraisal of the work needed. Work carried out in the agreed time, all rubbish taken away and Paddy provided photos of the work at each stage. Very happy with the outcome. Will definitely use their services again."
