Extremely impressed. Very reasonable price and the work was carried out to a high standard all on the same day. The guys worked really hard to ensure all the tiles were put back on the roof before the rain came that evening. The work area was left extremely tidy after the work was completed and even the gutters were cleaned of debris. I feel they went above and beyond what was expected and they really helped me out to ensure the scaffolding was taken down in time. Very friendly also, would definitely use again. Thanks!

We had a full system to heat our ground floor ufh and upstairs rads installed 18months ago. Now after a full year plus of operating it we can firmly say we are absolutely delighted. We find we don’t need to put the rads on unless it’s well below zero outside. After upgrading all our insulation, we combined the ASHP with solar panel and Octopus Agile tariff - our energy bills are now down to under £40/month. It was a serious install and it has paid off. PDP were so helpful and understanding at installation and during us learning about the system. Highly recommended.

PDP Services recently carried out some electrical work for us at our commercial premises and were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The old fitting was removed and the new one installed, and everything cleared up and removed in less than half an hour. Excellent!

From first contact with PDP I have been Impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of everyone I have had contact with. Staff were punctual and the work was carried out neatly and tidily. When there were choices to be made, I was asked for my preferences as to how the work should be carried out.

I was really pleased with the work carried out; everything from the initial contact with your company, to both Tom and Victor being here yesterday, has gone seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even undertaking the extra work for me on the day, which I had completely forgotten about during the initial visit for the quote, and they were here bang on time first thing in the morning too.

We have recently had a new electric boiler fitted in a one bedroom flat and were delighted with the service that Paul and his team gave us from start to finish. Paul proved to have an excellent knowledge of heating systems and put our minds at ease when considering the fact that we were moving from gas to electric for our heating. The work was all carried out in one day and we cannot thank the team enough for their courtesy and tidiness,

The PDP team arrived promptly at 8am, were a pleasure to have on site, polite and friendly all day, even with the million questions our grandson was asking! The work was carried out to a high standard and the garden was left clean and tidy. By 5pm they were finished. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Disappointed with quote We have used PDP before and were very happy with their service. Something must have changed?? We had a visit from PDP to look at the requirements in preparation for a quote. Then nothing heard from them.  We chased 3 times by phone to be told the email with quote on keeps getting bounced back ( we gave 2 separate email addresses).  We later found out that they were sending an attachment that was too big.  Another phone call to request that they take a piccie of the quote and whatsapp it over.  Not sent and nothing received.  Its been 10 days now.  Time to look elsewhere….

PDP did an excellent job all round. Communications were good. All my queries were answered promptly. All the staff were friendly. I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship.

Downlights had been on the blink and then stopped altogether. PDP electrician diagnosed blown transformer, ordered new one and replaced. He was efficient, happy to talk me through what he was doing, punctual, courteous and tidy.

The 3-way valve was bust. PDP plumber came round to quote for repair, taking time to discuss my needs thoroughly. Carried out work as per quote to a good standard. Happy to talk me through the work, and was punctual, courteous and tidy.
