We had our cottage style garden in a traditional London Victorian semi improved with some soft landscaping and additional bedding plants, new border edging, returfing, tree pruning and staining of decking and a new decking step. Throughout the process Paul was responsive and brilliant with his communication. Work was of a high quality and completed earlier than planned and under budget. Highly recommend!"

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
