From start to finish Nick was passionate about his trade, clearly very knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions quickly and honestly. The project involved turning a standard bathroom into a fully accessible space while keeping it modern and stylish-not an easy balance to achieve-but he absolutely delivered. The final result is functional and safe and beautifully finished. Throughout he was clean and tidy. The work was completed on time, even after we requested an extension to the scope mid-project. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the things we appreciated most was that he came back promptly to sort out a couple of snags that naturally cropped up after everything has been used for a few days. His willingness to return without fuss gave us confidence that the level of aftercare continues over time. Overall a great experience and fantastic job. Nick who owns the company came with a vision and passion on what he thought would suit our bathroom. The quote for the bathroom came the same day and we were impressed by how the breakdown and costs were laid out. The guys were professional throughout and made sure the house was cleaned every day after they had finished the work. What also impressed us was that Nick knew we had a budget so him and his team tried to help with the costs by advising and recommending on the best bathroom suit for us.
