Bryan at Perryson Builders is without doubt one of the most honest and dedicated tradesman I have come across. He has now completed 3 jobs for us to the highest standard over the last 2 years - Kitchen/dining room knock through, Built a room in the garage and also put in another floor and staircase in the garage.(it is a big garage!) I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bryan to anyone cause he takes pride in his work, respects his customers and is a tradesman that you can trust, which I find to be a rarity in today's society.

Perryson Builders built an extension to the back of our house, whilst also converting our separate dining room and kitchen into one large open plan area. Bryan did this with minimal disruption to me and my family and within a programme period of only 7 weeks. Bryan was very accommodating throughout the build and kept us informed of what he was doing and when, allowing us time to move items in readiness for the next stage. We are delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Perryson Builders.
Very Nice work
Finished the bathroom within the quoted time and price and to a high standard. was happy to make changes as the bathroom was progressing at no extra charge, Kept us informed each day of progress and what to expect, prompt and at no time left us without water or a toilet. Polite and friendly, gave great advice with tile fitting/options and again happy to accommodate the changes.
Really pleased with the work
We recently had broken tiles replaced on our roof. We are very pleased with result. The price was good and we're already having more quotes for work to be done with Perryson Builders. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely spot on. We trusted Bryan instantly and found him very honest and genuine. In a world where people are not always what they seem. Bryan was a refreshing change. He did exactly what he said he would and was always punctual. He left the place spotless and his work is flawless.
