I like this firm as they followed up on fencing problems after two years of construction. It wasn't a reflection on them the first time, as we'd had tremendous winds, that affected some panels and the second time was rotting at the bottom of a post. The first we paid for, the second was Labour free. What that tells you is they have a commitment to the customer, that goes beyond the normal."
