"From the first conversation with Charlie over the phone about a leak coming through my chimney he just sounded so friendly and polite. He came to do a free assessment and quote and explained exactly what the issue was with my chimney and how he would rectify it showing me photos that he took whilst on my roof. He arrived with a colleague Matt and proceeded to get the work done thoroughly and efficiently. I asked if he could also advise me what to do with an issue with my guttering to which he gave some suggestions and even did a temporary fix for me free if charge. Finally he also said that he noticed a cracked tile on the roof and said he would get a tile from the yard and pop by during the week to replace it and again said there would be no charge. I have to say Charlie has been thoroughly professional, polite and trustworthy and I would 100% recommend him to anyone including my family and friends. Thank you Charlie for all that you have done for us."
"Due to the seriously bad weather we’ve had recently, living on the cliff side of the A259, our house sustained damage to the weather boarding. Charlie, from Pimlico Home Improvements Ltd, quickly organised for scaffolding to go up to facilitate the repair and checking of all the adjacent boards. This has ensured the safe weather proofing of our home and we are very grateful and more than pleased with the result. We thoroughly recommend Pimlico Home Improvements Ltd."
