Great professional tradesmen and advice. Great communication from initial meeting, through quotation and work completed. Clean, tidy, timely, punctual and professional. Cannot recommend this company highly enough for advice, repair or new work. I would not hesitate in either recommending or using this company again.

Vinny and his team have just wrapped up today and I can't recommend them enough. From the initial quote I felt confident that we were in good hands and from the second they got to work I knew we'd made the right decision. The lads worked unbelievably quickly, all of them were respectful, pleasant, even tidied up after themselves each day and the end result is better than we expected. Long story short if I need any more work doing in the future, Pinnacle are the first people I'll call.

We are three tenants renting from a private landlord and we needed a gas safety check. Tom was recommended to us and he came out to do the test two days after we inquired. This was during the COVID-19 lockdown and he arrived with PPE. He did his best to follow government guidelines regarding distancing. He was very professional and thorough in his approach. Tom explained everything clearly and found that we had a gas leak. He isolated different appliances to find the source and the leak was coming from the boiler. The boiler was isolated from the gas supply so we could continue to use other appliances safely. He explained the problem and that unfortunately we would need to replace the boiler. He explained why other quick fixes would not have worked in this situation. An appropriate boiler was recommended, found and installed within 24 hours. He explained how the new boiler worked and left contact details for any further questions. Very grateful for the work he has done.

Tom and his colleague were amazing .. friendly & knowledgeable. They came to assess the boiler fit and price up then came again to install. Difficult times with COVID 19! Really appreciated their care and attention to detail - felt safe as they applied social distancing well. Would definitely use them again.

Really helpful, sent a photo of the leak and Tom called me with some advice on extra work needed to remove the boxing in which we then did ourselves, stayed in touch and told me when on his way.

Tom and his Dad John are lovely people to work with - efficient follow up on text or phone, good price, prompt arrival, fitted a new boiler last year and gave it a service this year. Very trustworthy, they've now done work for friends and family. Definitely recommend.

Bank holiday weekend during Covid lockdown and there's a mild gas leak. We get shut off with the likelihood of no cooking facilities or hot water for the whole weekend. J&S Property Services were a business recommendation, so we speak to Tom on Friday evening and he turns up on Saturday morning. He looks at the job and talks us through the process. Its a bit price scary because there is no way to know if this is going to be a small or big job. Lucky for us, Tom & Jerry (yes really) found the leak early on. They replace and make good. Add a Gas Safety certificate (at our request) and were done and dusted. Friendly, Tidy, Efficient, stuck to Price and Guaranteed their work. We got an email with certificate whilst they were on site and the invoice was sent electronically too. If you want workmen who are transparent about their work, stick to price and know their business, then Tom & Jerry are right for you.
