The work carried out is excellent and I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for plastering work. He left it all nice and tidy when he finished and let me know drying times etc. he keeps himself to himself while he’s on site and just got on with the job. Lovely man."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
