Noticed a leak dripping from my kitchen ceiling one morning, called john straightaway and he was able to come round that afternoon to take a look at it. He was able to find the source of the leak in the upstairs bathroom and fixed the problem for me the same day.

Jon’s a lifesaver. Found the leak that two other plumbers couldn’t. Fixed it with no fuss. Brilliant. Jon has previously changed taps for me and changed pipework. Will always call Jon now if I have a problem.

John was very helpful throughout the process. He gave us good advice on which radiator and fittings we would need and kindly completed the job after work. The job itself was completed quickly and professionally. We’re very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend John to anyone.

John did an absolutely fantastic job identifying the cause of our drain blockage and fixing it in a quick and cost effective manner. John was courteous, explained everything and fixed a problem which had actually been caused by builders while they were renovating our house. I called Mira re shower installation when John did not contact them or me as he had said he would. Mira technician replaced a faulty valve (this not John's fault). I describe the work done by John as shoddy. Wobbling shower unit not fixed properly to wall, some screws needed tightening within. He had not replaced the slide and shower head which had been bought specifically for the use of a disabled person. He left an unfinished job. He rushed away whilst I was still trying to talk to him when I realised what was happening.

John was first class, turned up earlier than expected, sussed out the problem really quickly and got down to doing the job, no fuss. Couldn't recommend Strong fix London highly enough and will definitely be using them again for future work.

Was a mixture of jobs... I was in a bit of a panic when I phoned John.I had a broken shower that was throwing out water probably a gallon a min~ John closed the system down and stopped it~ with in 30 mins of the 1st call. John replaced the shower system,replaced tiles and replaced some bit of bathroom wood work that had gone rotten.So was a mixture of plumbing,tiling,bathroom fitting and carpentry... John arrived at the times he said he would. Many thanks John.

John was very professional and skilful in identifying a significant problem with our plumbing and making a plan to fix this as soon as possible. He was efficient and had all the necessary parts/equipment available to do what was possible at the time. He will come back early next week to do the full repair which is a much bigger /full-day job.
