Having got back from holiday to find the heating had packed up, I rang Ware Plumbers at 9 am on a Sunday morning. Within an hour, Louis arrived, identified the problem and fixed it. Great service TY!

I called Plumbers Ware about a faulty shower at my mother's house. Louis was able to come out a few days later. Rather than needing to replace the shower mechanism, as first suspected, Louis found that that an airlock in water system was the problem. He was able to clear it quickly and the shower was flowing properly again. He also found a faulty ball valve in the water tank in the loft while checking over the system. He was able to replace it quickly, avoiding a potential flood at a later date. Louis communicated clearly, arrived on time, explained very step, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We were delighted to have everything working again and would definitely have Louis back again.

I originally asked Louis to address an issue with my boiler, which had remained undiagnosed by various previous traders. Despite this being an intermittent problem, Louis was happy to come back on numerous occasions when the issue was occurring to diagnose the problem and ultimately resolve it. Louis has also undertaken a number of other non-plumbing related projects as it transpires plumbing is just one string to his bow.

Louis helped us figure out why 2 of our radiators were not getting hot when the boiler was lit. I found Louis to be really responsive with the communication. Very straightforward with booking time with him. He was in good regular communication with his schedule. Louis was very accommodating with time slots and working around our young family. Very approachable tradesman and very thorough with the work he did and the diagnostic. Would recommend to others.

Have known this Company since mid 2022 for Boiler care & plumbing work. Nine new radiators installed in Sept.23. They have responded to urgent calls quickly, immaculate clean workers, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Like any other good quality trades person, they are in demand, and responses to non urgent work may take a little longer.

Louis did some plumbing work on our company property. Louis was quick and efficient, and got the job done straight away. Have already recommended to others.
