I cannot speak more highly of Terry’s work. He turned up on time each day and worked long hours to complete the job on time. His vision on what could be achieved to upgrade our en suite has given us a beautiful shower room. He’s also done smaller projects for us to an equally high standard. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for high quality plumbing work.

Our Kitchen started flooding from a broken washing machine pipe plus there we other issues with our garden tap as well so we looked on Trustatrader and found Terry. He was very polite on the phone and made every effort to get to us within the shortest possible time. He knew what to do, did it efficiently and very politely. I called Terry from Plumbing at once, as I had an emergency with an outside drain that was blocked causing dirty water to flood into the en suite. Terry made himself immediately available who diverted at the end of the day whilst on his way home from work. He attended my property within the timeframe he promised. Terry located the problem and whilst maintaing social distancing fixed the problem before it got worse. I highly recommend Terry's service to anyone who is in need of an efficient and highly experienced and knowledgable plumber to get their job done effectively and efficiently. We needed to replace taps. Phoned a plumber for a quote, who quoted very high for replacing a tap. Then phoned Terry. He was prompt, efficient and very reasonable. We will recommend Terry and have already asked him for more plumbing works. Excellent service.

Needed a plumber to finish off connecting a toilet and wash basin. I called Terry, who came within an hour. He gave me a quote, bought the parts and completed the job the same day. He was polite, efficient and quick. We would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
