plumbserv NW aka Billy was professional and friendly from the word off. After my initial enquiry he got back to me pretty much straight away. We agreed a price and a time, he arrived bang on when he said he would, even though he travelled from over 20 miles away in rush hour traffic. Billy told me the work should take him no more than two hours, he was done in an hour and half, found the problem straight away fitting many new parts (all of which he carried), so no trips to the local plumbers merchants) , he also supplied and fitted a new tap head for me when it wasn't even part of the job. in the end he still charged me what we had agreed even though it should have been a bit more because of the parts. I have come across some real cowboys in the past but it was refreshing to see someone so professional and efficient at what they did. i couldn't recommend him enough. will definitely be using him again should the need arise.

Very prompt response and very reliable called when he said and turned up when promised. He found a leak previously missed by another plumber and fixed it straight away. Will keep his number and use again when needed.

We had a leak in the bathroom which poured down into the utility room below. I called PlumbServNW and spoke to Billy who was very pleasant and said he could come straight away. He arrived about 20 minutes later and immediately spotted the problem a split pipe behind the sink unit. He fixed this quite quickly. I found Billy to be polite, friendly and very efficient and the charge was reasonable too. I would definately recommend PlumbServNW and Billy to anybody who needs plumbing work carried out. Billy has now done several jobs for us over the past couple of months; we have been very happy each time. Billy is amiable, willing and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a leaking stopcock. It was an old one and looked like it was likely to be difficult but Billy sorted it in good time with no fuss. He did a good job and the price was good. Great service, thanks.

Excellent service. Friendly, efficient, and very well priced. I called up due to water leaking through the ceiling - Billy turned up that day at a time that was suitable for me, called to let me know he was on his way, completed the work efficiently and was very fairly priced in doing so (even fixed the poor hot water pressure in the kitchen sink while he was here!) Highly recommended and I will be keeping the business card to use again in the future.

Excellent job done with the minimum of fuss and bother. He turned up on time which was great and was friendly and helpful from the outset. Didn't waste time, just got straight on to the job, working out where the problem was. He needed to get a part and let me know how long he would be - again, time keeping was good and within a few minutes the work was done, he explained what had happened and the charge was very reasonable indeed.
