Damp survey - I had a very tight deadline (6 hours). I rang Peter in the morning and within 2 hours he was on site. Peter was very informative, took time to talk me through what he was going to do and talked me through findings for 20 mins directly after the survey. The survey was then sent that evening highlighting issues of concerns and cost estimates to put righty. . Highly recommended and being independent, you are assured there is no bias in findings.

Was able to come and provide a damp survey at short notice. Got to the bottom of issues that the original surveyor was unable to do and provide us information about how to proceed. The report included images that were very helpful in locating all the areas of concern as well as indicating the impact of any problems. Report was provided within the indicated timeframe.

We chose PM Independent Surveyors due to dampness on certain walls within our own property and wanted a complete independent survey done to give us a clear reason behind how the issues were occurring and how to rectify them without any products or costs being pressurised onto us. We also didn't want to waste any money by just taking a punt on a certain method before knowing exactly what was happening. Although the cost involved in the survey makes you think whether it is money well spent I can without doubt say it gives you piece of mind as the survey is very in depth and comes back with a full survey report which gives you the best and cost effectives measures required to resolve the issue. They also responded to a couple of fully up questions in detail also. Money well spent and I don't often say that. Would recommend.

Peter was really great - was able to book in our damp survey quickly, kept us well updated on the process, and sent through a timely and thorough review. He was also happy to take questions both before and after the work had been done. We really saw the value of paying the extra to get an independent surveyor in the clear and balanced advice he gave.

It was worth every penny for the peace of mind (after a horrifying free survey) the clear and easy to understand survey report and all the good advice on how to remedy our damp and condensation problems.
