Lucas was excellent and came and fixed our shower that had a leak and was leaking through into our living room. He came at short notice and the leak was fixed within an hour. We would use his services again and have recommended to friends.

We were so happy with the work Lucas did for us. He had a problem with the boiler and need a new radiator fitting.

Amazing service from Precise Plumbing and at a very fair price. The plumber, Lucas, was polite when I called him and friendly when he arrived at my house. He was punctual and explained what he was going to do before starting. His work was excellent and everything was left clean and tidy and the old radiator taken away. Straight forward and simple.

Lucas came to us via Corgi to sort out flushing issues with a toilet that previous Corgi engineers clearly weren't able to deal with properly. He was excellent from start-to-finish and sorted the problem out in less than an hour. We have taken his card and will have no hesitation in calling him again directly for any future plumbing needs.

We had a issue with our Worcester boiler, which had an intermittent problem of overheating, making a banging noise and then switching off. We were advised by British Gas to power flush the system and install a magna clean filter. British Gas quoted me for the power flush, which was rather pricy. We got a couple more quotes and Lucas accepted the job. He advised that the problem sounded like a flow issue and recommend the power flush, advising that manual intervention may be necessary to clear the blockage, recommending to have a filter fitted to keep the system clean after the flush. At the end of the work, Lucas sent the post power flush water quality test results, summarising that no further action was required. Lucas arrived on time, worked continuously throughout the day, was very professional and courteous also cleaning up after he finished work. The quote was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Lucas and Precise Plumbing and Heating.

hi cant recommend precise heating and plumbing enough lucas the engineer was polite punctual and very tidy left no mess at all .we had a boiler installed at very short notice as ours has failed and precise heating and plumbing stepped up to the plate and got the job done fast and efficiently and at a very competitive price point will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends should the need arrive thank you lucas/precise plumbing and heating .john gravesend kent
