Premier Building

Like most building work there were some unforeseen problems. These were dealt with efficiently and without any fuss. Inevitably building work always causes some disruption to the household, but this was kept to minimum and it was a pleasure to have Tris, Jake and Kes working on our property. Most importantly my wife and are very pleased with the completed excellent work.

Would definitely use in the future and would highly recommend . Thanks again!

Tristan and Jake took on what I considered a mammoth task of levelling half of my garden and laying a patio, drainage and sleepers as the first part of making my garden wheelchair friendly. They worked incredibly hard and did a tremendous job at a very reasonable price. I will be having them back to finish the rest of the project as soon as possible. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone who wants a proper professional job done.

Premier Building (Tristan Skinner) provided me with a renewed shingle driveway with a brick edging. He and his workforce worked quickly, with no fuss, and I'm thoroughly pleased with the outcome. I would certainly use them again. Richard

Job was to remove existing front of property boundary wall and build new, plus build a flight of steps at the back doors. Tris and Jake completed the works to a very high standard, worked hard and remained polite and cheerful despite access problems making things more difficult. There have been many compliments from neighbours and passers-by about the quality of the work. Highly recommended and I will use again for any building requirements in future.

When another builder let me down at the last minute, Tris managed to fit me in at very short notice. Tris and his boys are extreamly hard working. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others. Thanks Tris!

This is the second time we have used Premier Building. This time to remove the old timber cladding on the front of the house and replace; sand and fill the rendered panels and redecorate. Tristan Skinner is an excellent builder who I would never hesitate to recommend and would always be my go to builder if I needed any building work completed on the home or garden. After the initial contact with Tris, he arranged a site visit for the following day. A time was arrange for the works to be carried out that week. Tris and his team arrived on time and were very polite. The works were finished to a very good standard and the property was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend Tris and his team.

We recently had Tris and Jake carry out some repointing work, remove a door, and brick up part of the wall for a window fitting. From the first visit to the completion of the job, they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The work was completed to a high standard, with careful attention to cleanliness and detail. Tris was also great at communicating, setting expectations and being flexible with dates and working alongside the window fitter, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Tris for any future building needs.

All the workers involved in the build which was the replacement of flat roof to pitch roof were very polite and professional.

Tris and the team have done an amazing job building our extension to house our new kitchen and dining area. The site was always left tidy at the end of the day, and all the additional trades people brought for electrical work or plastering were equally polite and highly skilled. We have been left an amazing space and it all happened so quickly. Thanks to everyone involved in the build, I would highly recommend their services.

Wanted a simple curved low garden wall using 'old style' brick. Quote was very reasonable and shown a selection of bricks to choose from. Once the work started the guys worked really hard to get the footings dug and filled. Materials arrived when scheduled. I am more than happy with the quality of the brickwork. I would especially like to thank Brownie for his attention to detail and Jake for keeping everything running and tidy. Makes a pleasant change to find such a company. Really excellent job in all ways. Tris committed to a date and stuck to it. He and his team were great to have around and helped sort all the smaller problems as we went through. They were very considerate and tidy. The work is precise and solid (we had a wall removed between two spaces). We are delighted with the results and can recommend them without any reservations
