The 1st Time was June 25, where they changed the front of my property from a garden to complete tarmac for a parking space and a small foot ramp for a disabled resident to have easier access. He communicated what will happen, when and time frame. I was so impressed with what job was done that when I decided on other alterations in the back then I didn’t hesitate to contact him, I knew I wanted him to do the job. That job was block paving a area for better maintenance for myself. Add to that he put a handrail up in another part of the garden"
"Michael landscaped our garden removing an old patio and laying a new patio, concrete shed base, and gravel areas. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Michael arrived as agreed for the quote, gave some advice and guidance for the job, and promptly provided a competitive price. Michael and his lads arrived promptly every morning and worked hard (and through some horrendous rain). The quality of materials used is excellent, the quality of craftsmanship fantastic. The job had transformed our property. I would have no hesitate recommending them to friends and family. Great lads."

Get an itemised quote that separates plants and materials, any machinery or skip hire, and labour — a vague 'garden makeover' lump sum hides where the money goes and makes extra charges easy to add later.
Be wary of paying a large sum up front 'for materials' — agree staged payments against work you can see completed, especially for hard landscaping like patios, decking, paving or driveways.
