"Contacted Prime Preservation to assess and carry out some work in a basement area in my late father’s house. I live several hours away so was worried it would be difficult to manage. Mike was amazing, fantastic communication, honest and upfront, sent regular photos/videos of work so I felt in the loop even though I couldn’t be there. If I sent a message he was back to me promptly and always consulted any major decisions before proceeding. Family have visited the space and everything looks neat and tidy, well finished and ready to decorate as promised. Would definitely recommend!"
