William was excellent - he arrived in minutes after seeking a quote via checkatrade and gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and also a fair price. He was able to arrange to come over quickly, was efficient in his work and has provided us a 10 year guarentee for the roof. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

William was amazing from start to finish . As soon as he turned up I felt confident in everything he was telling us . We have been burnt in the past with jobs costing more and more and more, but William was clear in exactly what the job would cost and what it included. Since, this company came into our property to replace the roof, we have had more leaks then before, our laptop and tv now have water inside, out flooring and beds have elaky water coming through the roof

I would highly recommend Prime Roofing. Two year ago William replaced my flat roof. This was done so professionally and I can say it’s one of the best home improvement that I have done. Last week I call on Prime Roofing again as I had holes in the roof with rotten timber and tiles that had slipped down or fallen off. William visited my property on time! In a friendly and polite manner. Gave me quote with no hidden extras. He kept me informed on what he was doing and explained in simple terms so I could understand. The end result was so pleasing to see and was completed on time.

We had an Old white plastic porch and flat roof changed into a pitched roof and new front door. Fantastic workmanship, great value for money, and really knew their stuff. Was also a very professional too!

Richard was punctual and professional. He came when he said he would to do the initial quote, then quoted and carried out the work within a few weeks. He was tidy and cleared up after himself whilst doing the job, was communicative whilst working, so we always knew and understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had two leaks, one turned out to be our Velux window and the other the chimney flashing. Richard came round, diagnosed the problem and within a few days had fitted a new window and repaired the flashing as well as replacing a couple of cracked roof tiles and sealing the lead gully which he did for no extra charge above what had been quoted for the window and the chimney. He was on time, tidy, efficient and we have had no trouble since his work was carried out and believe me it has rained a lot since then!! I won't use anyone else now if I have any problems with my roof. Highly recommended.

Richard’s work to repair our roof and work on the lead flashing was extremely professional. He did an exceptional job and he also carried out extra work for no additional cost. He left everything tidy and even offered to come back to work on a part of the roof for free if it leaked again.
