I was very happy with the work carried out. The work was carried out to a good standard and the problem fixed.

When completing the initial work on the roof they found some additional faults. This extra work was explained to me in detail and photographs shown so I could see what the situation was. As I have no knowledge of building work they were quite happy for my son in law to come so they could explain the situation to him before completing the work. He is a builder himself so understood what the problem was, an additional cost was agreed with him. I felt no pressure to have this additional work completed but felt it was well worth the extra cost. The only reason I have not given excellent for Quality and Overall Rating is because the work is on my roof and I can't actually see it. I would definately be happy to see Primeline on Trust a Trader.

Needed remedial work done to Gutters & Roof of Bay Window. Michael was very prompt in returning my enquiry, and a visit was booked. He arrived on time, the job was discussed, and a price agreed. On the day booked for the work, all ran smoothly and caused no disruption to either myself, or anyone else in the road. The new angular gutters are a sea change from the old semi-circular ones. In fact, It has made such a difference to the look of the house, that we are currently in discussion to do the same to the high level gutters, both front and back.

All aspects of the work carried out to my complete satisfaction. Operators were pleasant and helpful and maintained the site in a clean and tidy condition throughout.

I hired Primeline initially to repair old guttering. By the end of the week they had cleaned and repaired my entire roof and chimney, replaced all the guttering and fascias and installed a large patio. The reason being is that simply they were so good at their jobs. They were respectful, approachable, and just so hard working. Michael and his team completed all jobs to an amazingly high standard and with incredible attention to detail and I quickly learnt to trust them. Not an easy thing to do in a trade full of cowboys. They also always cleaned up after themselves. Very highly recommended.

I contacted Michael at Primeline to quote me for replacement guttering, fascias & soffits to the rear of my property which has no access to it. Michael suggested going over the roof to carry out the work, so I had the rest of the roof checked and video evidence highlighted the need for replacement ridge tiles, repointing the chimney, replacing broken tiles and cleaning off the moss and sealing the whole roof. The property is 80-90 years old and has had no roof maintenance carried out in the last 40 years, so it was no surprise that work was needed on it. Michael and his team worked professionally, were respectful and courteous. They cleared up as they worked and importantly cleaned up any debris that fell on to neighbouring properties. I am fully satisfied with the work carried out by Primeline and recommend them.

Michael and the team did a fantastic job. They repaired our front guttering which had been causing us issues for months and they also replaced our ridge tiles. The team were extremely professional and there were no hidden costs or add-ons. Michael personally cleaned any mess made on our driveway and our neighbour's driveway throughout the day. The quote made was a fair price and the work was done to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend to others.

Contacted Primeline after reviews on here and CheckaTrade. My elderly Mother was tricked by door knocking conmen who damaged her guttering, forced her to pay extortionate money and didn’t even repair their own damage. Primeline visited the property and offered good advice and a very reasonable quote to resolve the situation. Guys turned up to repair a few days later and I felt confident to leave my Mother alone and let them get on with repairs. They did find some lead flashing issue which highlighted to me, again they provided a fix. They did a great job and cleaned up. Fully recommend!! Thank you.

My roof was leaking from many points. I contacted a few companies including Primeline. Michael arrived on time and assessed the situation very quickly. He gave me a quote immediately and combined with the T&C I found it very reasonable. I trust him immediately, because he explained to me what's the problem, what's need to be done and when can be done. Obviously he knows what he is doing. The job was quite big and complicate( new membrane ,battens,ridge tiles ,lead and roof cleaning, sealing and coating),but they started and finished as we agreed on time. He delivered the materials a few days in advance to prevent wasting a time. The team was really organised and professional. They cleaned the site and collected all rubbish. My neighbours called Michael couple days later for their roof problems and they are very happy as well. I will highly recommend Primeline to everyone.

I have to say I was really impressed with the service I had from Primeline right from the point of quotation to the completion of the job. I work for Kent County Council and see a lot of roof work completed but not always to this standard. Full payment was only taken when I was fully satisfied that work was completed to the standard I expected. The employees worked tirelessly to get job completed in very chilly weather (January 2022), they were well mannered and left the site spotlessly clean. After service has also been good. I raised one small issue which was swiftly addressed.

Michael and Team came to fix extensive storm Eunice damage causing large holes and leaks across my entire roof. Michael really looked after me throughout the whole process and when he said he was going to organise the next stage of work, he did it exactly on time, every time. My insurance company was slow to pay for the damages, but Michael was very understanding and we worked our way through it with no issues at all. I was left with a high quality new watertight roof with professional finish and all rubbish cleared. Very clean work and respectful to property. Would highly recommend.
