In the event, the sill was discovered to be more damaged than we had thought. Josh changed the scope of the work and communicated well with us. We are pleased with the repair. It became a quicker and cheaper job and we are glad that Josh didn’t just go ahead and do work that was unnecessary. (He could have done that and we would have been none the wiser.)"
