They were able to book me in quite quickly and turned up as scheduled. Job was completed with minimal fuss and were all up and running. Very happy, and looking forward to finally getting that heat out of our bedroom which never seems to cool down!"

We did have 3 rearranged appointments (one miscommunication, one parts weren’t delivered on time so start time delayed, then wrong parts sent so arranged to come back first thing the next day, but then ProAir requested a change of time that morning as well). These were not the most convenient for me and I’m lucky my work schedule could flex, but the communication was excellent, and I would have them back for more units"
