"Excellent work. Job was originally to be Fascia and Soffit Replacement - but on expection evidence of very bad dry rot and infestation was discovered and shown to me in person. (I later learnt the roof had not been replaced since house built 65 years ago, so well overdue and any house insurance will have been null and void). So work undertaken to fully replace flat felt roof including all plywood, beams, joists etc. Job also expanded to include front and rear cladding and garage roof. Work carried out efficiently by a large team over 7 days including scaffolding rection and removal."
