Previous company I used I felt very pressured but George has a real passion for what he does! Thank you for being punctual, polite, professional is an understatement. It’s always a big thing to have ‘strangers’ or tradesmen in your home but this team will make everything feel clear and easy. I sent them an email on a Sunday about a broken tile and they responded first thing Monday, and came over to take a look by lunchtime the same day. Took them a little time to find the right replacement tile (apparently I have an uncommon type of tile and it took them asking 3 different suppliers to find a replacement) but once they did, they got back to me to arrange the work to be completed that same day. Spent time to clearly explain everything. Got the job done quickly. Price was reasonable. Would recommend.

Amazing team, talked me through all the works and what needed doing . Made sure I was happy with the finish before leaving and cleaned up any mess.many thanks.
