In mid- December, Proline provided a prompt quote at my request to fix a failed gutter joint along the gutter on one side of our house. The job itself was a small one; but to do it safely, scaffolding was required as the leaking joint was directly above a garden shed with a flat perspex roof. Fred from Proline and his team worked well to get the job done, and Fred kept us informed as to what he was doing from start to finish.

I needed my flat garage roof re-felted and assessments of 2 dormer flat roofs. I sent enquires to 3 companies but only Proline responded (and quickly). The service and quality of their work was exceptional. I also had the main tiled roof re-felted with new battens because of their deterioriation over 55 years and dry verge caps fitted back and front. They also installed a dry ridge tile system along with replacement cladding at the front. All guttering and downpipes were replaced and the chimney was repointed. One of the dormer roofs needed replacing and instead of the roof slanting backwards to drain down the main house roof it was re-slanted forwards with appropriate guttering installed. The guys were very professional, efficient and polite and always kept the site clean. There was good communication throughout the job and although the cost was far more than initially envisaged it was all necessary work and completed within budget.
