I returned to Property Remedies Structural Movements Ltd knowing the great work that they had carried out on my property some years ago for a separate issue. Matthew was able to explicitly explain the cause of our damp issues and gave me several options in order to tackle the problems - these different options were priced variably giving me a choice as to how we should proceed with rectifying the problem. A date was set and Matthew and his team turned up promptly. They were respectful and courteous to the tenants of the property and were flexible in working around the tenants shift patterns. The work was of a high standard and each day the working area was left clean and tidy ready for the next part of the work to be carried out. I would highly recommend to others.
