I had Pat Do a job a roof repair for me on 20th of December 2022 which is now three years ago never had any issues since then had Pat Back couple of times to clean the gutters and always did a great job would highly recommend.

Good, professional team. They came to the home and gave an estimate of repairs with pictures as evidence, and their team worked efficiently and completed all necessary repairs. Photographic evidence was once again provided of all completed work. The work is guaranteed for 3 years, so I don't need to worry about the same leaks cropping up again.

I have had Patrick and his lads do several different jobs for me, some big and some small. Each time the work has been completed to the highest quality and very efficiently. The flat roof on my extension had been leaking and after several failed attempts to repair, Pat sorted it out and I've had no problems since. After being informed by another firm that I require a new roof, I had PWD Roofing roofing come out to repair my roof. But I wasn't quite confident in this, so I made the decision to seek a second opinion. PWD Roofing was able to repair my roof without any problems and offered a guarantee for the work they did. I'm quite pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend it.

There were difficulties in paying the builder because of a confusion as to which account the cheque payments could be made to. The principle problem was caused by Santander Bank complaining that the builder was trying to pay a cheque into a non-business account. Santander then compounded the problem in failing to deal effectively with my subsequent instructions and claiming that I had failed to submit documents. As I have severe hearing loss I had to repeatedly return to the bank to progress matters, because I cannot use a telephone to communicate effectively. Not the builders' fault.

High standard work was carried out in good time.

I have a large house that was built in the 1930s and an extension was added about 50 years ago. The tiles on the roof were the original clay tiles and they were cracking and becoming very brittle. The roof was starting to have a leakage problem. The felt above the garage was also old and starting to let in water. Taken together this was causing a dampness problem. Pat and his team did a great job of assessing the problems. I had a new roof fitted and also had the felt above the garage replaced, as well as treatment for dampness. They did a great job. The new roof looks stunning and all of the new insulation that they fitted has made a huge difference to heating my house. The house heats up much more quickly and it is also substantially warmer. The new felt above the garage also looks great. The treatment for dampness also has worked very well. Pat and his team are highly skilled, hard working and reliable. I am very happy with all of the work that did on my house.

Had a leaky roof and made a call to PWD and they came out within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and the work was completed in 4 days. Very impressed with the speed of service, quality of work and clean up job afterwards. Was also issued a 30 year guarantee!

Brillant service repair to my elderly mums roof was very quick to come and quote and did a good job with pictures before and after very clean tidy up when the finished everything thank again Pat for a brillant job.

We had a great experience with Pat. He replaced one of our flat roof which was in bad state and the gutter was wrongly fitted, causing waterfall on our windows and having a wet wall inside. Pat was very professional, took before/after photos and videos which will be useful to complain to my surveyor. Great communication, job done in 1 day, impeccable cleaning at the end of the day. Pat delivers what he says he is going to do and even beyond as he spotted my gutter was not aligned and the water was not falling in the down pipe, which he fixed as well. I was looking for a roofer and getting nowhere online, but noticed PWD working on a nearby property. When I asked them to assess my roofing they came straight away to assess the problem and give a quote, and when I accepted they got down to work very quickly and efficiently. My neighbour noticed how well they worked, and they ended up replacing her old roof too. Highly recommended.
