We're absolutely delighted with the job; we can't recommend them highly enough, particularly given all the prep work done before painting. Two coats were sprayed and rolled on. The Water Repellent ProPELLA Lotus Leaf coating is rated as the best available with QES Exteriors, their authorised painters. And nothing was too much trouble for the team of three they sent, helping in so many ways. They're scaffolders need praise too. I didn't even think it possible to go over the conservatory.

Amazing results and they were brilliant and very professional and the worked carried out was outstanding. I am so happy with the results and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The team were great from start to finish. They ran through what was expected at every stage of the job. The team on site worked quickly but to a very high standard. At every stage completed I was walked around to review the work and taken through next steps. Very impressive and a great job which has sorted my property for the future winters and made it look 10 times better.

Due to good weather the company were able to fulfil the time scale they gave before they were able to start, as this job was dependant on dry weather conditions. The team came and started by treating and cleaning all surfaces followed by repairs to the render prior to applying the roofing product and then the walls. The roof proved to be rather more porous than anticipated which resulted in the need for a third coat for a uniform finish at no extra cost to us. All the unused coating has been left with us to touch up any mishaps we have in the future.

The promptness, friendliness and informativeness of the response to our initial enquiry gave us a good impression from the start, and this continued throughout the job. All the way through we were kept informed of what they were doing, what they were going to do, and why. Except for one little hiccup caused by the paint sprayer developing a fault, everything happened when they said it would. Everyone concerned was polite and professional, and we are very pleased with the results. It was a pleasure doing business with QES, who have transformed a shabby house into one to be proud of.

Fantastic experience all round with QES. Kris came over and discussed the work with my wife. Shortly after Mike came over with Rob to do a biocide treatment. The boys did a thorough job and explained everything to us and answered all questions we had. A few weeks later they came back and did the spraying and injecting work. They also supplied us with a dehumidifier that was helped a lot. In all honesty it was a brilliant choice going with QES as they are professional, warm and very friendly. Since the treatment the house has seen a big improvement in lessening the damp. Big recommendation!

I contacted QES due to a lot of damp in a property I've recently purchased. Kris was brilliant and explained exactly what was needed. The work started and was completed within a couple of weeks, they even worked weekends when the weather allowed. Mike was really friendly and kept me informed of everything that was being done at every stage. Communication was brilliant! The standard of work is excellent and I'm very happy with the finish. The whole experience from start to finish was superb. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and they even arranged to leave the scaffolding in place a further two weeks for me so that I could carry out other work that needed doing to the house. Particular mention goes to Charlotte, the Office Manager, and Mike, the person who actually did the work, both kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and fully explained everything that was being done. Finally, and perhaps the most important of all, it completely solved the damp issues. Highly recommended. Excellent service.

I was really happy with QES. Their communication was really good and they always did what they said. They were well organised and it was easy to get answers to any questions I had. I thought the work would drag on because of the weather but they were super flexible and Mike, who did the work was great. He was really friendly and they didn't leave any mess. The final work looks fantastic, we're new to the area and many of our neighbours have commented on how much better the house looks. Would recommend.

Work took around a month to complete but this is understandable as I live rurally. Work was always competed on the day with no issues or delays. The guys were very descriptive with what they were doing & any issues they found. When I did have follow-up concerns, they were very supportive and follow-up work was carried out without complaint. The only issue I have is that I had the wrong job in mind. I thought this was a damp issue but I really needed the roof fixed/replaced. Regarding the damp work I have no complaints and the work they did carry out has helped with the roof as well.

Pressure washed the exterior walls and cleaned them with fungicide then applied two coats of waterproof paint and also painted the tiled window sills and the tiles on the bay

Chris and the boys at QES Exteriors Ltd, have done a wonderful job again on my house. I say again because he painted both mine and my parents houses about 14 years ago. My parents had a slight issue with water which QES put right. The house still looks fantastic. I myself decided to change the colour of my property and asked QES Exteriors Ltd to do the job again. I am extremely happy with the job. I took Chris advice about colour and was glad that I did. They lads were always there when they said they would be, always polite and courteous, always tidied up after themselves. 100% recommend.

I couldnt ask for a nicer group of people to deal with, from Kris explaining everything while giving me a quote to Rob and Mike doing the job regardless of the weather and Charlotte in the office who was very pleasant to talk to when I had occasion to ring the office. I was absolutely delighted with the end product it transformed my property, even when a small problem arose later they dealt with it promptly, I would recommend Qes Exteriors to anyone who needs this type of work done

We had our external and internal damp removed and our house painted and it was an amazing experience with this company! Very efficient and always ensured that we were updated every step of the way. There was a minor set back due to the unpredictable Welsh weather but QES Exteriors always ensured that we were updated with phone calls and texts to keep our minds at ease. Very easy process and extraordinary results! Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely return if we need any other jobs done in the future!

Poor customer-care and workmanship. I complained to QES (+ photos) and they answered with a solution that was unacceptable to me, and threatening to charge, at very short notice, 5% per month on the £2k balance, and a weekly charge of £200 on the scaffolding. I was forced to pay up, as QES seemed set on ruining my credit rating. I complained a second time (+ more photos as evidence) when I found the work was incomplete, requesting an invoice, contract details, complaints and ADR procedures, issues re the warranty, and asserting my statutory rights. To date QES has not replied.
