They've been building your extension. Very happy and impressed with them. Very efficient, one-man band, with a good group of helpers for electric work and so on.

I have had a lot of work done with this business and the workmanship is second to none. I have had other companies come in and not had the best experience and due to my health, I have to have a lot of work done and needed someone I could trust. I won't have anyone else do my work and will wait till this business is free. Robert has helped me so much and went above and beyond. Michelle is also fantastic and they both have my full trust and I would highly recommend this company. They are very customer-focused.

Rob sympathetically renovated our tiny Victorian mid-terrace property bringing it to 21st Century standards, while retaining and reinstating its period features. He worked externally, from re-building the chimney and rear wall using traditional materials, repairing the roof and installing wooden sash windows and doors, to internally, by removing the kitchen-living room wall, replacing and insulating the subfloor for underfloor heating, and installing the kitchen. He has an eye for authenticity and practicality and the skills to achieve the desired outcomes. Communication from both Rob and Michelle was excellent; quotations and invoices for the stages of the renovation were honest and transparent. Having never undertaken such a project before, I have genuinely felt supported by Rob and Michelle; Rob offered unpressured insightful advice based on his vast experience on various approaches to problems associated with period properties. They offer excellent quality, value and reassurance and would happily recommend to others.

R Hales Building Services rebuilt my house to make it wheelchair friendly. They have put 4 extentions on and a lift. They lifted the patio and drive up to make this level with the door for me. I was very happy with the work and the quality was great. I would recommend him to anyone.

R.Hales Construction completed the renovation of a very large exterior garden perimeter 'show' wall to a very high standard, together with detailed brickwork improvement to the house. Altogether a great job carried out with true professionalism and quality. Previous work includes change of all windows and French doors to a very high bespoke level, where attention to detail and delivery of a complete solution was paramount and achieved. A bathroom replacement and upgrade has also been completed where all aspects of the project were considered and delivered with excellent customer focus. R Hales Construction exceed all expectations and I would wholly recommend them.

Rob swapped and re-hung two internal doors and also replaced the skirting board in one room. The work was of a very high standard and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Will definitely be employing R Hales Building Services again for future renovation work. Highly recommended. Thank you.
