Bob arrived on time, carried out the repair very efficiently, and his charge was very reasonable for the work.
He went out of his way to help me and didnt moan or anything when things did'nt go to plan. He did a wonderful job at fitting my lovely new high cistern toilet. Did a neat and tidy job within a very small space without any complaints. Charged a reasonable price and has restored my faith in plumbers!

Initial appointment was changed but it was handeled very well and planned ahead of time. Punctual in arriving and would definately recommend
From the first phonecall to the completion of the work this was an excellent service. Bob was extremely punctual, very polite and fixed a potentially disastrous leak for us - highly recommended and will definitly call Bob again for any further plumbing jobs
We weren't entirely sure what we needed but Bob advised us and ensured we didn't fix anything we didn't need to. Nice guy and excellent job. Have already recommended him and will gladly call him again for future work.
Would like to endorse previous review, since then R Sims has done several plumbing jobs for us, the last being an emmergency call when he managed to get to us out of hrs and 'save the day'. 5 star service, totally recommend.
