Charles turned up at the exact time as stated and established what was required, explained what needed to be done and a quotation was promptly emailed. The price was competitive and Gary and Dylan did an exceptional job taking pictures and keeping me informed at each stage. The job became more complicated than anticipated and at each step of the process I was informed with both pictures and explanations. Before the scaffolding was removed everything was tidied up and any rubbish was removed and the area left spotless. I cannot thank the entire team at Radiant Roofing enough for their professional approach in all aspects of the repair to my roof. Work was coordinated with separate scaffolder a month before works started; arrived on due date and time. Phoned to advise on any changes to programme due to weather. Work undertaken efficiently, arrived on time and even worked late to complete roof ridge tiles and chimney repointing repairs on schedule. Courteous, good advice, contactable and fine job.
