Fantastic service from start to end with new bi-fold doors and lanterns. Measuring, designing, and building were all done really fast and efficiently. The installation was quick, and the fitters were brilliant, friendly, and very tidy. Superb. Thank you"
"8 triple-glazed windows fitted. 1 developed a defect - an internal crack. Expected this in good faith to be covered by the 10 Yr guarantee, but turns out this guarantee is almost worthless. The only example Rayleigh Glass could give me of a defect that would be covered is a failing with the sealing. I think it would have been a courtesy to at least send somebody around to have a look at the defect in the affected window. We went with Rayleigh Glass because we thought they were a trustworthy local business. Don't feel they're trustworthy now, at least not after they have your money."
