The work carried out on our Ground Floor Extension was done to a very high standard. The final amount paid was as per the quote apart from requested extras. The team were on site early and were very polite.

Alex originally quoted for the garage conversion but we were so pleased with the quality of the work he, and his team, are in the process of doing a complete refurbishment of the house. Highly competent and helpful. Polite and careful. A pleasure to have around despite the expected upheaval of working through the house room by room. We have used a lot of builders over the years and this is truly a company where there are no problems only solutions. The pricing is fair and upfront. We will always make them our first call if we need anything done. They definitely live up to the company name!

Alex and the team completed an extension and installation of new kitchen and raised decking to our home and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The whole team were courteous, punctual and you could tell that doing a great job was important to them. Whilst they were in our home, they ended up doing extra work including plastering half of the house, fixing wooden stairs and replumbing and wiring the house. Alex kept me informed throughout the whole build of costs, upcoming disruptions especially as I worked from home during the works and of timelines to complete. They made our house a home

Andrew of Refined developments did a great job for me repairing and repainting the original sash windows in my cottage, he has given them a new lease of life which has saved me a fortune in not having to replace them. Spot on with time keeping and attention to detail and even filled in time waiting for paint to dry doing other small jobs. Value for money 10/10. I honestly couldn't have asked for more from this team. (Also love that they always take their shoes off coming into the house) They are already booked in to do more work for me. Now ive found them I wont be letting them go!

Quick and efficient from initial contact to arrange and receive a quotation. Due to uncertainty on the design and build we agreed a structure for a flexible strategy to be carried out during the project. The team were extremely helpful and able to adapt to any changes during the refurb. Great communication throughout the project which allowed for a smooth process. I would recommend them as a general contractor to carry out and manage all trades for the whole project.

10/10 and a 5 star service. Enough said?! I could not recommend Refined Developments more highly. They are a fantastic team with lots of specialist skills. They refurbished my property in a very tight time frame despite adding work to the additional quote when unforeseen issues arose. They are always punctual, hardworking, polite, courteous and tidy. They quote very competitively and are very fair with pricing. Nothing is too much trouble and the finishing is excellent. They have done more work for me, also my family. I wont go anywhere else now for any future works as they really are great!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They were punctual, polite, friendly, worked like absolute machines and very competitive on price. Refined Developments did an excellent job and were able to overcome countless problems caused by a previous builder and turned a very badly botched renovation into a properly, well finished one at a reasonable price. They were very amenable and happily accommodated all our changes to deadlines. I have been very impressed.
