The team worked incredibly hard, handled everything with care, and kept things running exactly to schedule. Despite the scale of the job, everything went to plan—no delays, no issues, just a reliable and efficient service from start to finish. This is actually the second time we’ve used them, and that consistency says it all. If (or when) we move again, I won’t hesitate—I’ll be calling David straight away!

Service from this company is incredible and amazing value for money. The removal men took extra care with our furniture items, ensuring no damage and/or scratches when disassembling items too. We had to have our furniture placed in storage due to unforeseen circumstances for around 7 months, and our items were delivered and assembled in our new home in perfect condition in a timely manner. Very friendly and professional service, and extra care taken with protective mats to ensure no damage to the property. Overall I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a solid removal company, and I plan to use them again in the future if needed.

David and his team were amazing, from our initial contact for a quote and the arranging the date(which changed several times) to the day of the move. They took very good care of all our belongings whilst packing them in the lorry and then getting them out and placing them in the appropriate rooms in our new home. Dave and the team were professional, friendly and worked so hard moving us during a heatwave. We used the full packing service and storage which was brilliant. Everything was wrapped with care and all boxes were labelled and delivered to the correct rooms. Our furniture was dismantled and reassembled perfectly. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

We recently used Reliable Moving and Storage for our house move and couldn’t be happier with the service. They also disassembled and reassembled our furniture – in one case, they even put it back together better than it was originally built! Whilst the initial appointment and timelines was fine, our dining table was scratched badly, the team were quite short with us on arrival, saying some items couldn’t be taken vs what the initial visit outlined and sadly after getting the keys to our new home, the movers were so insistent they needed to get on, they were actually the first people in our new home (before us), when we asked them to hold off for ten minutes while we were taken through things. I’d still recommend, as the job was good and communication up to the day was fine but the stress added by the team on the day, to an already stressful home move experience wasn’t what we needed.

Would never use anybody else for removals, have used for 2 moves now and absolutely fantastic both times. Friendly, no messing about on moving day, even giving advice on how to make the day run as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend
