Elliott came out to survey the job, quoted promptly and fairly, and was able to schedule the works to suit our requirements. We’re really pleased with the quality of work carried out and will be reaching out to Reliant Plumbing & Heating for any future projects. Elliott kept us updated throughout and his team made a conscious effort to keep our home tidy as they worked. Would highly recommend."

My electric shower was incorrectly installed and would not power up. Upon his arrival he managed to power up the shower! Result ! Notified me that the shower was not drilled to the wall, also that this is the most dangerous install He saw that the shower was loosely connected to the wall with caulk, and held up by the cold water pipe. He then turned off the shower’s power by the mains and promptly left leaving me with the same problem non-safe shower ?? a bill of £60.00 and the issue of calling yet another plumber to make the shower safe /drilling to the wall and testing

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
