We were kept informed at all times, the skip arrived on Friday and the workmen (2) at 8.30 on Monday morning. They worked extremely hard, long hours and only had an hours lunch break all day. Very impressed with the end result and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is thinking about using this company.

The company kept me up to date with when materials/equipment was going to arrive and then further communication as to when the workers were going to arrive. They worked INCREDIBLY hard, 12hr days (taking only an hour off for lunch) otherwise they worked straight through. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were always polite and courteous. We spent some time on the internet looking at a range of businesses and asked a lot of questions on the phone and via email. In the end we sought three quotes for the work. It was an anxious time trying to understand what the work work would involve, establishing some trust and thinking about who would do a good job. The whole process was clearly explained to us before the works started, we were kept informed of all arrangements throughout and we received the Completion Certificate with before and after photos of the work promptly after completion. I only had the spray foam installed 18 months ago, i was obviously not expecting that i would have to have it removed to sell my house. all that said, Remove my spray foam did an excellent job from start to finish. They talked me through the whole process over the phone and were very sympathetic to my plight. They provided me with a quotation and certification pack. The team arrived on time and were very pleasant and knowledgably. They worked tirelessly to complete the removal and left my loft and house spotlessly clean.

Great customer service from start to finish. James in the office was really quick at getting back to me after my initial enquiry, and got me booked in for my foam removal in less than a month. The work men that came to remove the foam (Mark and Jack) were a credit to the company. Professional, polite, trustworthy and really hard working. They turned up at 8am on the dot every day (as I leave for work at 8:30am) and were still working away when I got home. They never left the house in the evenings without cleaning up. On the last day they cleaned the attic and upstairs walkway to perfection- my husband even said they were better at cleaning than me (thanks lads haha)! I couldn’t fault Remove My Spray Foam at all. I’ve just completed the sale of my house successfully, all thanks to the team. Keep up the good work you were a pleasure to have!

I don’t was extremely happy with their work. The 2 spray foam removers who came to do the work at our house were very professional and very polite. TBH I was also very impressed with how the company managed the whole process from our initial enquiry to completing the job. We were kept informed by the workmen on how the job was progressing and they worked later than planned in order to finish what turned out to be a slightly bigger job than expected on time. They also left the house and stairway spotless which was greatly appreciated - pleased we went this company as I hadn’t dealt with or heard about them before. Highly recommended 👍
