Not only did he replace the defective part, but he also did a complete service. At the same time, he showed me how to do the Resin clean properly...... every day is a school day!. Ross even gave me a complimentary bottle of resin cleaning fluid. His workmanship was first-class, and he left everything spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate to recommend RHiNO Plumbing. Ross provides a top-rate service."
