"My car broke down just as I left the A50 as I was halfway round a busy roundabout. I Tried to ring several other recovery companies,most of which were unhelpful and unprofessional. Found Richardsons breakdown recovery. They were helpful and professional over the phone and also reassuring. The whole booking process was easy and straightforward. They did everything they said they would and more. Made a VERY stressful day a lot easier. The driver kept me up to date on his arrival time etc. and was polite and respectful throughout. Would definitely recommend."
"Three reasons to choose Richardson's- 1. Professional- sole trader with years of recovery experience. 2. Price- great value and uses well maintained fleet. 3. Personal- Jason is friendly, polite and knows his stuff. If I need a recovery again I wouldn't hesitate to use Richardson's. He took really good care of my pride and joy after I had severe pothole damage to my GR86, and was really pleasant and helpful. If you want that family business type service, whilst at a very fair price you can't go wrong."
