The valley lead replacement work appears to have been good. Unfortunately the chimney is still leaking. Despite numerous promises to call back and arrange a date to resolve this no resolution has been out in place. Time after time phone calls & messages are ignored. The communication and follow up has been a disaster. Most recently the team did some new work in May but failed to resolve the ongoing issue with the previous work saying their tower scaffolding needed fixing. I've been chasing ever since with occasional promises but still no joy so felt I need to warn others.

I chose Ringway to replace my roof last year. They provided a professional quote, invoice and guarantee and the job was completed within the timescale given. Communication by Chris was excellent throughout. The work caused a small problem internally on my extension roof and Chris sent a couple of guys round straight away to deal with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I looked around for a roofer who had good reviews and was willing to do what I would have termed a 'smallish' job, repairing tiles on my extension roof. Ringway was the one I selected and Chris came out promptly to see what was required and provided a quote despite being very busy. The repairs were carried out on time, and were exemplary. Extremely professional and very clean, leaving the property in perfect conditions. The price was very reasonable, and judging by the quality of work, I feel it was worth every penny.

Exceptional experience! Chris is very polite and professional and explained the jobs in detail - I had two separate jobs, firstly for the chimney and then a tiled roof. Very good communication, replying to messages or answering questions. The workmanship is exceptional, very hardworking team for the side roof and the chimney was done as requested when I arrived home and also exactly as discussed and everywhere so clean and tidy when finished.

Chris from Ringway Roof Repairs Ltd came quickly to assess the work needed and it was scheduled for a few days later. The two guys that came were efficient and knew what they were doing to resolve the problem. They cleaned up when the job was complete and Chris kept in touch by phone to keep me updated. The workmen returned a few days later at my request to carry out further remedial work. On inspection appeared to be a ventilation issue and not a leak. No work required and no charge. Kind, informative and friendly.

Scaffolding arrived as planned which is not always the case. We really appreciated frequent updates from him and adherence to schedules- none of the ‘no one turned up’ nonsense. The team visited to repair some slipped slates just in time for the colder/wetter months. The lads who attended were polite, courteous and tidy and the work carried out was to a very high standard! I would 100% recommend Ringway for any roofing needs!

The velux window in the kitchen was leaking causing minor water damage. I contacted Ringway and Chris came for an initial inspection and recommended that it would be advisable for a new velux due to age of current window. The installation was carried out at the appointed date and Chris's team were very efficient, polite and tidied up the area after installation. Chris and his company have been a life saver, they’ve not only fixed my roof but also saved my sanity. I had another company do my roof poorly, I searched for a roofer I could trust and luckily found Chris and team, he came out quoted and did the work quicker than I expected, all workmen were very helpful, tidy and organised, all scaffolding removed straight away(last company I had left it for 6 weeks so I didn’t want to upset the neighbours again) I would recommend ringway roof repairs don’t even bother getting any other quotes, they have restored my faith, thank you all so much!

The job entailed full scaffolding around the house to fit new facia boards and soffits and to replace all guttering and downpipes. The tiles above the bay window were also replaced. The job was done very professionally and expediently with minimal disruption. Highly recommended.
