One of Rob's superpowers is being on time, yet due to the rainy weather he was behind with his schedule. He kept me fully informed and offered me a plan B, for someone else to do the work, a person he knows and trusts. He left the choice with me, and I decided to go for plan B. His friend did a great job, in record time, so I'm a happy camper.

After struggling to find a roofer / builder that would carry out works on the chimney, roofs and brickwork of our 150 year old house, we found Robin on this platform. His prompt communication was very professional and he made us feel at ease by keeping us in the loop at all times. Robin helped us achieve the works required to a timeline that was short notice. Robin made a good impression from the start. He communicated promptly, was punctual and brought in the right equipment to help me diagnose issues with rising damp, which other builders didn't. He was able to fit in the work within a few weeks and when the job has to change from repair to a new wall due to the poor state of the bricks, he did it at the same cost as the original quote. He did such a professional job even my neighbour used him! He was friendly and approachable throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will use his services again.

My elderly mum is in Devon, while I live in Hampshire. Mum told me her roof was leaking. I called another top-rated company on Checkatrade, who quoted £1,500 to repair the leak, but recommended replacing the felt on the whole roof (£10,000). Something didn't feel right about this. So I called Rob and he was able to attend the next day to repair the leak and re-point some other roof tiles that were loose. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I can't personally comment on quality or tidiness, as I haven't seen it, but most important of all, mum is happy.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Always punctual, kept me up to date on everything and nothing was too much bother. The work was carried out to re-roof my elderly mother's house, and this included the removal of the spray loft insulation. It's all been completed on time and to a really high standard. Robin was polite, considerate and pleasant and, so importantly under the circumstances, trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
