Highlights

"The company responded promptly to my request for assistance. The engineer Hanni arrived within the time specified, explained what he would be doing and showed me what he had done. However company administration should have explained payment options and associated costs prior to the job being undertaken."

"Excellet service. Answered almost immediately when I posted the job and came straight over. Went straight out to get the part, came back, fitted it and fixed a problem with the temperature selector. Was clear all along what he was doing, why it was important and how much it would cost me. Really good experience that I would recommend to anyone."

The engineer arrived the next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and to my surprise, fixed my cooker on the spot! I was extremely happy with the repair. The engineer’s professionalism and mannerisms were impeccable. 10/10 service. I will definitely be returning for any future issues. Thank you!"

Smart checks

Before you hire an electrician

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
Check any verified credentials, and that the business details independently check out.
