I had a gas leak in buried pipework. After being let down a couple of times, this was a case of third time lucky. Knew what the likely problem was right away. Opened up the wall in exactly the right spot, removed a small section of pipework with faulty solder joints, soldered in replacement fittings. One quick pressure test later, problem confirmed resolved. All done in the space of a couple of hours. Could easily have ended up a much longer job with multiple holes in wall - Sometimes experience is everything. Highly recommend RJ's Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

Upgraded our entire heating system in the spring,did a great job and then we had air in the system issue when turning on heating beginning of winter.Terry was very helpful and at short notice came over to get heating working again,very grateful.Would recommend this company.

Really great guys. Diagnosed the problem quickly, kept us updated on all progress and fixed the problem. Also, gave us a call to let us know when a previous job was overrunning and we needed to reschedule.

Terry and Michael were amazing turns out my boiler had no issues apart from me turning the valve off when I put the water pressure up and didn’t realise also helped me with another issue in helping me get my money back and sorted out my outside water leak! Thankyou will deffo recommend :)

RJ's managed to get us booked in very quickly. They responded to my post on here within about 20 minutes and got us booked in. They called and requested to change the original day booked due to an emergency call out. They were accommodating for when we were free. Would use again.

Terry and his colleague were great. They replaced the shower, serviced the boiler and Terry went out of his way to fix various problems caused (by a different company!) when the boiler was installed. Fair prices, friendly guys, and they left everything clean and tidy too. Couldn't ask for a better experience, thank you!

Initial contact and first meeting good. One cancelled appointment but the other went okay a little late. Job done. Very happy with the results.

In 2022 Terry fitted a pump in our bathroom to correct a problem caused by another plumber. I noticed that the pump's usual noise had changed slightly and was worried that the pump might fail. Terry and his apprentice visited us promptly and, after careful consideration, assured us that the pump was OK. Terry is highly experienced and I can unreservedly recommend him; he has replaced our life-expired boiler in the past. Clearly, his visit today was unnecessary but he refused a call out fee.

Thanks for an efficient and prompt repair. Our bath tap was broken. When Terry arrived he immediately isolated the hot water ( which I couldn't find) and fixed the tap without needing to replace it. Thanks again, from a very satisfied customer

I cannot recommend RJ's Plumbing and Heating enough. Terry attended our home after discovering that we had a significant leak under our floor potentially caused by our underfloor heating and also a mains water leak. Terry has attended our property multiple times, helping to diagnose our issues and supporting us through a very difficult and stressful time, sourcing hard to find parts and going above and beyond to ensure that our home was leak free and we could start restoration work. Terry answers his phone at all hours and has been just incredible in supporting us.

Initially booked Terry to complete a service of our Air Source Heat Pump and the quoting for the replacement of 19 radiators. When he arrived his first words were ‘Sorry - What was I meant to be doing?’ He spent 30 minutes explaining why he wasn’t going to be doing any work at all and then left. He was extremely proactive in issuing (and chasing!) a bill for £180 however. Funnily enough I won’t be welcoming him back to conduct any further work.
