He sent loads of people on day one to get the old roof off, the base of the new roof down and the first layer of waterproofing down - essential given the unpredictable nature of weather at the end of February. Then he sent a couple of his workers for the remaining two days to finish the roof and replace the guttering. The tidy up was faultless."
