Inspected the whole roof and found further repairs that needed doing, they were able to show me a video of the issues, and were then able to adapt to fit in the additional works. New dry ridge system installed on the whole roof, re-cemented valleys and cleared all the debris from the roof and gutters, of which there was plenty. Hats off to Claudio who was up on our roof for 3 hours in very cold conditions. Receipt for work and 15 year guarantee."
