In order to sell our 95 year-old house we had to have the roof replaced. Just before Christmas we contacted 5 companies, but of these only Jim King of rpm ltd replied. We were very fortunate because once we accepted the quote Jim carried out the work quickly, efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. Initially he had 9 men working who were able to make the roof watertight within 2 days. He gave us the choice of tiles and completed all the necessary paperwork for building control. We could not be more pleased with our new roof and the service provided by this company.

Visited site to discuss options, sent quote for work, phoned to agree date to start. Arrived on time, all work carried out to high standard, cleared away all rubbish on completion. An excellent company. Competitive prices. Would recommend.

Jim and his team did an excellent job. From the quote all the way through to completion we had invaluable advice and experience. Jim kept us regularly informed and dealt with all aspects from the scaffolding, building control and waste clearance. We now have a lovely new roof and bay window tiles with new soffits, fascia and guttering. We happily recommend Jim and his team.

This company was professional from start to finish. Jim and his team turned up on time to establish what was required and took lots of photos; and Jim explained exactly what was required and gave a quote later that evening. The job was started as promised and took the length of time estimated. The guy’s worked hard and always tidied up at the end of the day; and when the job was finished, I think my front garden looked better than before they started😊 Overall an excellent job, done on time and worth every penny; and I would recommend every time.

Jim King has undertaken a number of jobs for us over the last 25 years, on this occasion, replacing two large Velux roof windows. Jim came to quote for work on our neighbours roof and this was a couple of days after our garden wall had fallen over. He offered to quote for fixing the whole wall, so not strictly a roofing job. The remaining wall was demolished and a new wall rebuilt to a high standard, the wall now looks great. Jim brought in a team of bricklayers who were courteous and efficient and did a great job. All communication was friendly and clear.

The flat roof of my double garage has been leaking for a long time. I needed it to be replaced or re-surfaced. The best solution was resurfacing with a felt roof. The work was carried out to very high standard within days of my first enquiry. I cannot fault the Team for punctuality or tidiness.
