Joseph came and gave me a reasonable quote to solve a leaking roof causing damp in upstairs rooms. He stated when scaffolding would go up and what work would be done. Everything was done exactly when he said it would be and he communicated with me throughout the job. The job turned out to be more involved due to damage that couldn't be assessed from the ground but he and his team worked hard and got it done in an extra couple of days. Really pleased, easy to deal with and hopefully no more leaky roof!!

Joseph gave realistic estimates he stuck to. He pointed out where water was seeping into my porch and replaced a number of cracked tiles and replaced mortar. He added vents to soffits and edge caps to a high ridge and porch.

Easy to work with. Came when he said he would, both to assess the issue and do the work. Seemed honest and didn't try and do a bigger job than was needed. Would recommend and use in the future.

Started on Time Finished on time and left the job nice and tidy. Would have him and his team back to do further work as and when we need them a great service

Excellent communication throughout. Heavy rain caused problems but he remained highly committed, kept me informed, gave very useful advice. Price for commissioned work was exactly as quoted. Additional cost was my decision, with no pressure, for additional work. Have already recommended to other family members.
