The guys from Rooketrade came over at short notice to identify and fix an issue with our lights caused when our loft was being boarded up. They did this within about 15 minutes of being here! Great job. Would use again and recommend.

Liam responded to my request on Facebook for an electrician to sort out a few things for my Dad. Time was taken to come out, discuss job, talk in person, which was really appreciated. Arrived promptly, carried out checks on existing wiring, then replaced the consumer box, did a further set of checks to make sure all was working as it should. Work was done efficiently to an extremely high standard, Liam also cleaned up, took all rubbish away as well as hoovering up in the hall. We had a couple of questions of things we were not clear about, Liam rang and discussed it over the phone before the work was started. I would recommend this company for an electrical work needs.

Called them Saturday, they came next day on a Sunday morning at 9. Excellent service, they completed a repair to a main faulty fuse and then waited patiently a couple of hours for a National Grid engineer to come and reconnect, so they could check their work. Called as an emergency after having the fuzes to our upstairs electrics suddenly trip at the fuze box and not being able to reset them. Liam came around straight away and spent almost 2 hours methodically going through all the lighting and wiring until he found the issue with the wiring to the lighting in the bathroom. He fixed it quickly, made the lighting and fan set up simpler to activate and gave some suggestions as to how we could make the lighting better in future. Cost for a Saturday call out and the amount of work he had to do was very reasonable. Given that and the level of professionalism shown I will definitely be recommending the company in future.

Both guys who turned up to do the work were polite, efficient, and did a fantastic job in a surprisingly short amount of time, and left the place looking like they'd never been, as clean as they found it. Not sure what else you'd really want from a tradesperson beyond punctuality, cleanliness, politeness and a job well done.

had some electrical work that needed doing. been struggling to get any kind of response from anyone but Liam got back to me straight away, gave an agreeable quote and turned up to do the work the day after i agreed to go ahead. punctual, polite, great standard of work and extremely helpful. would happily recommend to anyone.
