I can 100% recommend Roy and his team. From the initial quote (he wasn't the cheapest, but we liked his attitude) to communication before the work started to the job itself Roy was absolutely fantastic. He took time to understand our requirements and on the day we changed a couple of things and he was absolutely fine with that. Further, he recommended a couple of changes (at no extra cost to us) and that was very much appreciated. Unlike some companies, Roy actually does all the important skilled work himself. He doesn't get the job and then leave it to young boys who are maybe not so experienced. Roy and his team were quiet and respectful of our neighbours and our property. He was punctual every day. If we wanted a similar job done in the future (or anything else that he does) we wouldn't consider anyone else.

A family friend recommended these to us as we desperately needed a new driveway. So glad we went with these guys as we can’t fault them at all. Arrived promptly every morning, all with smiles. Such a lovely team that know what they’re doing. The job was completed when Roy said it would be and we couldn’t be happier with it.

I’ve used Roy and his team before and found them very reliable and professional with excellent standards of work they have resurfaced Halfords in Norwich but had to keep store open so was quite a mission to achieve what they did and I had a great review off the management and will be forwarding more work to us so well done Roy and his team 👍

Roy and his boys installed a patio for us and from start to finish they where excellent professional and very helpful they done a few extra little jobs and didn’t charge us a very polite gang of guys I would recommend them to anyone thanks Roy 👍

Whilst weather conditions were not helpful during the period of work and thus caused delay to the completion of the job, I feel that work was not undertaken as agreed and has left us with drainage issues that may be costly to rectify if left unresolved. The need for adequate drainage was stressed in our early quotation exchanges. My initial complaints resulted in some remedial work which at the time seemed to solve a drainage issue but now clearly does not. A fence Post damaged during the excavation of chalk was not replaced as promised. Tarmac laid has weeds growing through. This is not the outcome I was hoping for given the 35 years of experience and advertised high quality finish to every job. I have brought these issues to Roys attention but he is ignoring my texts.

Can’t rate Roy and all the other guys highly enough. If you need a driveway or patio done these are the people you want. They worked hard, did an amazing job and I would recommend to all friends and family.
